About Niroga:
Niroga Institute is a registered nonprofit organization that promotes equity by teaching Dynamic Mindfulness for stress resilience and empathy in high-stress environments. It has positively impacted hundreds of thousands of individuals since its establishment in 2005. Niroga's practices are backed by independent research in neuroscience and educational psychology, with its curriculum approved by the Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning (CASEL).
